Let’s work together.

We make cool things.
We work in a distributed and cooperative environment.
We think that working with people who share our values is the best way to work.

Anyone can make mistakes, but only smart people can learn from them: mistakes provide the foundation to future success.

What we are looking for (if you already have experience)

Curiosity and passion, to be up-to-date in a quickly changing industry.
Intellectual honesty, to learn through immediately identifying your own mistakes.
Communication skills, towards clients and colleagues.
Creativity to find the best solutions, and discipline to implement and deliver them.

These qualities, more than the years of experience or deep technical knowledge, belong to people we want to work with.
We can offer you the opportunity to grow professionally working with experienced colleagues and demanding clients.

What we are looking for (if you don’t have experience)

Your task will be learning to develop smart devices applications. You’ll become part of a team already up to speed and you’ll work on real projects, with their consequent honors and obligations.

High programming skills are not required, but even a little knowledge on computer science can be useful. The most part of the job is to reduce complexity: breaking down the problems, writing code, performing tests, writing documentation. To do all this, the desire to learn and a bit of discipline will be enough.

Good manners, intellectual honesty and the ability to work with demanding clients will be preferred skills. If you need references about us just ask.
